Saturday’s re-appointments
Any changes to fixtures or referee availability within the month are notified to the re-appointments team. Confirmation of the referees appointments and details for the clubs are sent once the referee confirms the appointment. Any subsequent changes during the week are notified by email and text to both the club and the referee.

Sunday appointments
All requests for games to be covered on a Sunday will be inputted in the usual way via GMS or Who's The Ref. Short notice games should also be sent to the Sunday secretary. Confirmation of the details will be sent to the clubs and referees and will also be included in the weekly appointment communication as per Saturday appointments

Midweek appointments
