Appointments Officers
There are five main appointment areas covering Leicestershire society referees. Contact the relevant appointments officer below for fixture changes, availability updates, or exchange queries.
Phase 1 Appointments
Responsible for initial Saturday match allocations and appointments across Leicestershire.
Re-appointments
Handles changes to fixtures or referee availability within the month. Notifications are sent via email and text once confirmed.
Sunday Appointments
All Sunday fixture requests are inputted via GMS or Who's The Ref. Short-notice games should be emailed directly to the Sunday secretary.
Midweek Appointments
Covers all weekday fixture requests. Details are confirmed with clubs and referees and included in weekly communications.
Exchange Appointments
Liaises with other Referees' Societies to coordinate inter-society exchange matches.
