FOLLOWING ON FROM LEICESTER'S LOCKDOWN - PLEASE SEE AMENDED SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Essentially the sessions at Anstey have been cancelled, plus the next two sessions at Market Harborough.  


Wednesday 1st July

HIIT Training - 12:00 to 12:45
Venue: Anstey RFC pitch, : CANCELLED

Cross Fit: 18:00 to 19:00
Venue: Hinckley RFC, Leicester Road, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3DR
Cross-fit style session with some repeated sprints and a bronco test. Run by Vicky Macqueen. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT Training- 19:00 to 19:45
Venue: Sileby Town Rugby Club, Platts Lane, Cossington, Leicester LE7 4UY. There is parking available on site.
This will be a 40 minutes session including warm up and dynamic stretching, 20 mins of HITT exercise, cool down and stretch. These will be open for all fitness levels. Exercises will be body weight, with modifications where required. If anyone wants to bring their own equipment to utilise, then please feel free.

Sunday 5th July

Running Club - 10:00-11:00
Venue: Sileby Town Rugby Club, Platts Lane, Cossington, Leicester LE7 4UY. There is parking available on site.
This will include 5km runs and vital practise for the bronco test.
All fitness levels welcome.

There is parking available or you can cycle for the meet time if you are very keen.

25km (15.5 mile) Bike ride to the West of Mkt Harborough - all quiet roads, all skill levels welcome. Should take just over an hour. 
Parking available. Bring your own bike and water.
